You know what? Just writing this forecast sparked something in my brain. What’s something I’ve been wanting to do? It’s so simple. I’ve been wanting to go for long walks. I haven’t been doing this for awhile. There have been legit obstacles to this for awhile, but those things are clearing and I’m determined. 2 days in and I feel like a new person. So sometimes it can be something as simple as a chance of routine. Now that I’ve started, I will continue to find a way, even if indoor exercise videos need to be a fall back. Feeling determined 💪🏼
Walking engages so.much of our Beingness as a human. Let the sunlight into your pupils- its important for serotonin levels. Walking is moving meditation( as is gardening). I reeeeeeally want to hear what it is you're told on Friday while walking!
I’ll let you know if it’s anything good! I used to walk all the time. I still get lots of sun, grounding, etc. I have just missed the long walks! It helped my mood soooo much. Life can be frustrating but walking really helps.

My best friend, am almost 15 yr old pup named Cammie, died in July. As she aged, we backed down to 2x a day. So much therapy.
I injured toe tendons ( dang bed footer!!) In beginning Sept, and just last week they've stopped burning so much. I've missed walking!
We'll get back to walking together, shall we??
