Today's Astrology Chart and Forecast
The inner tension and turmoil has everyone twisted up and on edge today. The moon has entered Sagittarius, and it makes T-square with the Sun in Virgo and Saturn in Pisces. This creates a difficult conflict between our emotional need for security, our desire to achieve, and the hampering pressure from family, parents or authority figures.
There is some bitterness in the air towards those putting on the restrictions. Getting things done feels overwhelming this morning when there are limits internally to be cautious, and externally to follow the rules and handle hard relationships.
Thankfully, Pluto, the planet of transformation, is making all positive aspects today, including Uranus, Neptune Mercury and the Moon. Focus on the long-term, big picture. Dig deep into those transformational places. Don’t sweat the small Virgo details today, when the long term changes are afoot.
The moon’s nodes have shifted back to their normal, retrograde movement. Did these last few days give you any new insight into your forward desires? Maybe it sparked some independence in a certain area. Think on what you may have learned, and how it can be applied to your life.
Retrograde Mercury makes a trine to Jupiter and Uranus. Try different communication styles to get across to those putting the breaks on you right now. Be sure to tell yourself positive, expansive words, too.
We are in a first quarter moon today. One step at a time, you can break through the mud and build that castle.
This evening, Mars makes an exact trine to Pluto, reinforcing our actions towards transformation. Goals and ambition are given strength. The Moon has moved past the square from this morning, and now you can see the future.

Sunday September 3, 2023: Venus goes direct, but still in shadow.
Things have been reviewed and recharged during retrograde. We start to see a forward motion in all things beauty and love related. What’s new out there?
Venus leaves her shadow Oct. 7/8th. That’s the day to really see things move on.
