Morning intuition, and Afternoon Strife - Today's Astrology Chart and Forecast
Inspiration and intuition are high this morning, with a difficult afternoon full of tension. Pray for patience, and be ready to walk away from a fight.
We find ourselves in an interesting spot this morning with the Sun in Quincunx to Jupiter. This is when we see what we want to aspire to, but some reassessment is needed. If you were reaching for more than what is possible for one person to accomplish, or you are going about something for the wrong reasons, today is the day to reframe things with a touch of faith. Match your actions to a higher purpose. Pray for guidance. Do what is possible, while still having options for more, bigger, greater goals as opportunities allow. Don’t overextend and ruin the entire pot.
We continue on the path of correction, when the Moon in Cancer squares the transit lunar nodes. What emotional or family issues stand in the way of the old and the new? If you can dial in on this today, squares to the nodes are considered “skipped steps.” These are the lessons. Find the solutions, and your path will be made clear.
Intuition guides us, when the Cancer Moon makes a trine to Neptune at 10:59am. This is psychic sensitivity here. Get away from the loud crowd to really tap into this gift. There could be a creative burst of inspiration. Imagination is high, and so is romantic energy. Is that your soul mate over there? Maybe.
Venus is out of her shadow as of 1:22am late last night, early this morning. This will further enhance creative art projects, music, and adjustments to our looks.
The Moon squares off with Mars in Libra before going Void of Course at 2:25pm. Feeling short-tempered? Try to take a time out. This gives us a chance to reflect on our frustrations. Also, some time is needed to take in the unrest and violence showing up in our world. News of war in Israel broke early this morning. Emotional responses set in. How do these events show up at your doorstep, affecting your family’s safety?
Be easy on the family relationships. This square could cause marital disagreements between husband and wife. “Nothing will come of it” during void of course moons, so try to keep the peace. Take in a workout; go for a walk. Use caution.
At 3:12pm, the Moon is back for an opposition to Pluto at 3:12pm. Hopefully, you cooled off. Pluto brings an intensity to the argument. Deeply hurt feelings pull us into turmoil. This is a short transit—just a few hours. Watch for obsessive, jealous and dark feelings. Don’t deny the feelings of yourself or others. However, understand this transit brings strong mood swings. Give it time, and things will be easier to smooth over later.
At 7:25pm, the Moon enters Leo, giving us a bigger heart and a braver stance on the fear and worry Pluto was waging. Remember the importance of your family and children, and try to simmer down from the intense feelings of today.
The Moon makes a quincunx to Saturn at 9:41pm. Once again, the bitter feelings are given more strength. Everyone seems to be struggling in this tough economy, and the extra work load makes it hard to have family time. Or, the lack of intimacy in a relationship is wearing on one or both people. Tomorrow morning gives us a much stronger aspect to work these problems out —the Moon makes a sextile to Mercury at 7:47am. Tonight, try to have patience and forgiveness. Notice the limitations and pressure your other half is under.
Sunday heats up with some changes. The Sun in Libra enters Via Combusta, or “the burning way” at 9:16am. This is considered an unfortunate or problematic area, from 15 degrees Libra to 15 degrees of Scorpio.
In addition to this, we have Mars and Pluto building to an exact square at 9:05pm.
Venus enters Virgo shortly after that, at 9:05pm, right after she passes fixed star Regulus and Black Moon Lilith. This concerns me for the safety of world leaders, as well as innocent citizens being caught in the crossfires.
Be aware of your surroundings this weekend. The difficult energy could cause a lot of fights and anger on the domestic front. You don’t want to find yourself at the wrong place at the wrong time. Keep your cool with yourself and others. Walk away from the fight. Mars near the South Node results in big losses when improper action is taken. Just let it go.
