Change is in the the air, and you can likely feel it this morning. Today is the last day of Cancer Sun season. Before this change occurs, we have a fun aspect for our Saturday: the Moon in Virgo trines Uranus in Taurus.
The desire to be free and do something fun and unexpected brings some bright, fresh energy. A social outing, experiencing a different culture, or trying something new will feel right. There is excitement in the air. Take advantage of it. Shake things up.
At 9:00pm, the energy shift begins with the Moon in Virgo opposing Neptune in Pisces. Don’t let this one slip you up into paranoid worry land. Also, be wary of sharks that can’t be trusted trying to pull you in. Take a moment away for yourself to pray and meditate. Re-set your intuition as we prepare for the Leo party that is about to begin.
This evening, Venus goes retrograde at 9:33pm. Right after that, at 9:51pm, we reach the sign of Leo. Happy Birthday, Leo’s!
We now have the Sun, Mercury and Venus in Leo. Leo is a fire sign. Brave, proud and warm hearted, Leo energy works well with our new North Node in Aries. Taking action and going after what you want is supported when we have this much fire fueling us.
It’s likely you already felt the effects of Venus slowing down into a retrograde. Venus retrogrades ask us to go back and review Venus ruled topics. Love relationships, beauty, art and style could all feel a little “Blast from the Past.” People getting back together, breaking up, or taking a trip down memory lane could feature.
Bringing back a style from the past could work well, but trying a new look might not express itself properly. Be careful with major changes to hair color and style. It’s possible the cut or color doesn’t come out right and needs to be re-done. It could come out so wrong you need an entire season to grow it out. Leo favors large manes. Be careful with the scissors.
Be sure to watch out for temper flares and frustrations. We do still have some big oppositions in the sky. Combining this, with new fire energy, could result in some late-July fireworks. Bring the octave up with positivity. People need this higher vibration right now.
