Instincts, Intuition and Adjustments - Today's Astrology Chart and Forecast
The key to survival this week is intuition. Uranus, the planet of electrical impulses, sudden events and innovation makes a lot of hard hitting aspects.
We also have Neptune, which rules the subconscious mind, opposing Mercury. Tap into sudden alerts, messages and feelings from a higher place. Unexpected messages and information happening in real life could make you uneasy. Check it with your gut, and ask for spiritual help. Deception abounds.
This morning gives us the perfect opportunity to listen to sudden insight. The Taurus Moon is conjunct Uranus at 11:57am. This lunar aspect is felt for a few hours. What do you feel compelled to do? Trust your instincts.
Taurus does have a big hand to play in the financial world. How can you stabilize an unstable money situation? Taurus is stable sign—what flashes of insight can help you shore things up, so you and your family have enough to eat?
Be sure to run your ideas by your partner, of course. Expect possible arguments. Men and women are wired differently. Women tend towards the intuition, and men towards the action. The Moon (woman, mothering) makes a quincunx to Mars (Man, action). Uranus energy could cause sudden arguments or accidents. Remember you are on the same page, even if your wires are crossed. Venus is speeding up, ready to leave her shadow next week. She makes a sextile to the South Node in Libra today, giving a nod to Mars on her way forward. The Trine to Venus in Leo from the North Node in Aries imbues Venus with a can-do attitude.
Now that the masculine Mars energy is losing with the South Node with Mars, it is clear it is Venus’ turn, as she marches towards Libra and the South Node. We see the news headlines—they are drafting women into the military in the Ukraine. Is this the path, then, to lose women to this battle? The entire process of Venus retrograde was heavily influenced by a square to Uranus. Venus is realizing things are changing. Feminine energy is changing, and when Venus reaches Libra, Venus will then be in a losing position. Good-bye femininity, hello soldiers. In what ways are relationships facing abandonment? Will love have to go it alone on the battlefield?
The Moon continues to draw down from the Full Moon. We prepare for new stories at the eclipse on the 14th of October. When the Moon make a quincunx to the South Node, we face endings and new beginnings.
The Taurus Moon squares Venus in Leo at 4:07pm. This is usually a positive influence, where the need for love is an answer waiting to be called.
At 5:47pm we circle back to our spiritual intuition, when the Moon makes a sextile Neptune. Imagination and creativity are strong.

Wait until 9:20pm, when the Taurus Moon trines Pluto in Capricorn, for transformations. The deep feelings of danger show up, and we are again blessed with insight on how to deal with them before they happen.
No doubt, we are living in intense times. I’ve noticed something after writing these daily forecasts. Before something big happens, the days leading up to major events are gifted with the just the right aspects. We are given the opportunity to more readily complete tasks, get our mindset in the right place, and arrange our lives appropriately before the big moments hit.
Use the warnings from today—trust your instincts, prepare financially, and continue to adjust to this changing reality.
Things are not what they once were. Uranus helps us with our instincts, but it also brings unrest and surprises. Be prepared for anything.
